Meet Leroy R.
Williams.
Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, on March 14th, 1978, from the moment you meet him, it is clear that Leroy R. Williams — “Rick,” “L.R.,” or “Will” — is a man of extraordinary faith, character, and full of ambition. He has been making a meticulous public safety impact throughout the Tampa Bay Area and the State of Florida since 1999, following his first law enforcement appointment.
A leader in the industries of Security Intelligence and Investigations, Leroy has spent much of his time in St. Petersburg, Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando, Sarasota, and surrounding areas breaking barriers and creating safer communities, as well as opportunities for others in his employ and under his profound leadership.
He is a source of hope and encouragement in a world that can often be bleak — but through his “Faith in God” and his desire to serve, he has been able to bring significant change to his community and areas of focus, making a positive difference in the lives of many through his craftsmanship
